Starlink for Business monthly service is billed directly by Starlink and varies by data plan, ranging from pay-as-you-go backup tiers to high-bandwidth priority plans. Hardware (Standard or High Performance Gen 3 kit) is also paid to Starlink. ONPLAY installation is quoted based on site complexity, mounting requirements, and cabling needs.  Yes, Starlink is engineered to operate through most weather conditions including rain, snow, and storms. Heavy rain or dense snow accumulation can cause brief signal interruptions (called "rain fade"), but the antenna includes built-in snow melt heating, and signal typically recovers within seconds. Commercial-grade installations from ONPLAY use weatherproofed mounting, proper drainage, and aluminum-enclosed hardware (with the High Performance kit) for sites in extreme weather environments. 

Starlink for Business installations are different from residential. Business plans require proper account setup, commercial-grade mounting hardware, weatherproofed cable runs, and network configuration that integrates with your existing business systems (POS, security, Wi-Fi, etc.).
