The $199 flat fee covers everything we do for a standard residential install: site survey on arrival, roof/wall/pole mounting with commercial-grade hardware, cable routing and weatherproofing, router setup, network configuration, and full system testing. Starlink hardware and monthly service are paid directly to Starlink.

Most standard residential installations take 2 to 4 hours. We schedule a specific arrival window and complete the entire job in one appointment, so you don't lose a full day waiting around.

 Yes. Order your Starlink kit directly from Starlink before scheduling your installation appointment. The kit typically ships within a few days. Once it arrives, we schedule the install and bring all the additional tools and mounting hardware needed. 

If your home requires complex mounting such as extra-tall roofs, long cable runs, custom hardware, or multi-floor cable routing, we discuss the scope with you before scheduling. Complex installs are quoted separately so you know the full cost upfront, with no surprise charges on install day.

Starlink works almost anywhere with a clear view of the sky. During our initial conversation, we'll review your address against Starlink's coverage map and discuss any potential obstructions. If something unexpected comes up on install day, we talk it through with you before continuing.
